Testimonials from people we have placed in English teaching jobs in China

Testimonials from people all over the world we have helped place into English teaching jobs in China. Many of the people we place in teaching positions in China have never been to an Asian country before. Some of our teachers send us regular updates of what has been happening, others are so happy to be in a new country working and experiencing a new culture and language that they send us thanks for helping them open a whole new world of experience and opportunity. Here are just some of the many emails we receive from our teachers.

There are more than 400 MILLION people in China learning English Teach English in China and you'll love it! Now is the time

hey Robyn and Marita,
Just a little cheers from a kiwi who has benefited from my time in China on so many levels. I¡¯ve learnt heaps of kung fu yes, but the growth ive experienced on a personal level cant be described. I think that a year in China should be compulsory for all school leavers - it just opens your eyes to human behaviour, the natural wonders of the world and gives you a chance to truly reflect on yourself when out of the daily grind of the western workforce.

To everyone at Chinateachonline,
Thank you so much for helping to find teaching jobs in China for myself and Raymond At first we were a little skeptical about the two of us being able to find a reliable employer and be able to share the same apartment together, but now that we are here I have to say that it has exceeded my expectations both of the school, the students and China - we are both learning so much and enjoying ourselves more than we imagined.
Thanks again,
Kathy and Brian - Canada

Just a note to say that I have settled in here now and everything is going well. The people at the school have been so helpful and made me feel really special. I know you warned me that it might be a bit of a culture shock and to expect the unexpected but this is great. I was picked up at the airport and since then the school has taken care of everything for me. I had my first class a few days ago and the students were amazing, so keen to learn and so concientious - it was a shock! Nothing like the teaching I am used to back home in Australia.
Thank you all again so much,

From my experience so far I would have no problem recommending Chinateachonline to anyone considering teaching in China. I have been working as a teacher in Canada for 2 years now before I decided I wanted to gain experience teaching in another country and culture. Already just after 3 months I have learnt so many valuable skills that it has been thuroughly worthwhile. The people at Chinateachonline have been very helpful and stayed in touch with me all the way in case I needed them. I feel like they have given me all the information and choices I could need to ensure a benefitial experience. Talking with some of the other teachers I have met in China I realise now how lucky I was to chose them.

I'm so glad I took your advice to come to China rather than go to Japan. The apartment I am in is much bigger than I imagined and the director has been doing his best to help me settle in as best as possible. The kids have been a challenge but lots of fun to teach and it's just what I was hoping for to broaden my teaching experience. Anyway thanks again so much,

NiHao everyone!
This is the first chance I have had to catch up on my emails, it has been so crazy over here I just haven't stopped since I arrived. Everyone wants to practice their English with me and take me to lunch or dinner, I feel a bit guilty because I have hardly spent a cent! The school is amazing and the students are to, it feels like I am a lecturer with all those faces. I've organised some Chinese lessons with one of the Chinese teachers here cause everyone speaks English already. I've already been offered some part time teaching work which is great I'm going to wait little bit first before I take anything. The accommodation is fine too by the way, I have a TV and phone and heaps of space!
Cheers for all your help and advice,

Hey everybody at Chinateachonline.com - I arrived!!!
I figured I'd send you all an email to say it has been so good here and thanks for all your help getting me this job. I can't believe how cheap everything is! My students are real cool and we have heaps of fun together. I've been spending more time with my Chinese students and new friends than with the other western teachers. I love this place! It's so quirky... can I say that!?? Oh well it's just great, the Chinese seem to love my accent like you said they would and I'm enjoying the challenge. The food is amazing, there is so much and all so cheap. I've only spent a fraction of the money I thought I would getting settled in - the place I'm staying is like a hotel by the way, they even pick me up on the way to school... And all this for a guy straight out of high school! I love it! Think I said that already. I'll be telling my friend to contact you guys soon as I can convince them to come over. Will be in touch.
